Water Billing Rates
​Below is a table that represents the break down of our Water Service Rates. These water service rates are effective as of November 10, 2023.
Charges
​A Refundable Deposit in the amount of $75.00 will be charged to all account holders that do not own the property in which they are residing. Property owners are not required to submit a deposit to initiate water service.
​Water Leak Adjustment Policy
The Lake Village Water Association offers a leak Adjustment Policy approved by the Board of Directors and the Kentucky Public Service Commission. The policy states that in the event of a leak on the customer side of the meter, each customer is entitled to one leak adjustment per 12 month period, per account, based on guidelines set forth in the Association tariff and approved by the Kentucky Public Service Commission. The leak adjustment is only available once the leak has been repaired and proof of the repair has been submitted to the Association.
PSC Surcharge --- Water Loss Reduction - $1.61 per month, 48 month limitation.
